As a Communication Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Chief Development Officer (CDO) and executive team. You will help manage donor databases, assist with foundation and corporate giving, and contribute to our marketing and communication efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CDO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and handling logistical tasks.
  • Assist with donor database management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support foundation and corporate giving efforts through research, grant application assistance, and timely follow-ups.
  • Contribute to CAPSA's marketing by assisting with website updates, creating flyers and templates, and handling basic photography and video editing.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and ensure impactful productivity across the organization.

Our Ideal Applicant is a detail-oriented, proactive individual with proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a nonprofit or development setting. They possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
